The team that is in the relegation zone, Wigan, has won the FA Cup against 2nd place Manchester City. Although Manchester City were favorites for the final, Wigan managed to keep a clean sheet and somehow get the ball in between Joe Hart's goalposts. This was Wigan's first major trophy since 1932, and Manchester City got first place in the English Premier League last year, and they also won the cup last year.
